Individual development of conceptual projects

The result of the design is a ready-made conceptual design, which is the basis for the development of the estimate documentation and construction project documentation.

Design and approval of finished projects

The design of laboratories and pharmaceutical plants is carried out taking into account the norms prescribed in Government Decision No. 87 of February 16, 2008, as well as the current norms of SanPin and fire safety. The design process includes:

preparation of technical specifications for design;

development of project documentation (stages "П" and "P";

coordination of the project in interested departments;

examination and feasibility study of the project.

Engineers of "Pharm Technologies" produce complex development of projects and carry out the author's supervision of the execution of the finished project by subcontractors, and acting as a General Contractor. This approach allows to guarantee high quality of the project implementation and compliance with the construction deadlines.

Engineering of communications

Engineering of the communication systems - the most important part of the construction of laboratories and plants. The engineering communications сonsists of the following systems:

water disposal and water supply;

ventilation and air conditioning;

supply of gas, water and electricity;

communication (internal and external IT networks);

security, dispatching, etc.

The company develops and implements projects of communication systems, taking into account the individual requirements of the customer.

Selection and delivery of equipment

Conducting DQ qualifications

DQ qualification of the finished project, conducted by specialists of "Pharm Technologies", allows to determine the degree of compliance of the project with GMP standards. The qualification minimizes the risks that can arise at any stage of the turnkey project implementation. The conformity of GMP is necessary for the production of high-quality and competitive products. The GMP standard in Russia has a recommendatory character, but it requires compliance on international markets.
